This project involves a small-scale structural extension combined with minor renovation works, along with full interior design (ID) for the entire house.

Scope of work includes:

Extend the structure slightly (e.g. kitchen, side room, or utility area)

Basic masonry, roofing, and concrete slab work for the extended section

Light renovation such as repainting, repairing cracks, tiling, or ceiling touch-ups

Electrical and plumbing adjustments where necessary

Installation of new windows/doors in the extended space

Space planning and layout design for the whole house

Selection of color schemes, materials, and design themes (e.g. modern, minimalist, Scandinavian)

Custom furniture design (built-in cabinets, wardrobes, TV panels, etc.)

Lighting design, curtain selection, and décor suggestions

3D visual concept (if required)

Supervision and coordination of interior works until completion
