Brick wall construction, roofing, and floor slab for both levels

New staircase connection or extension (if needed)

Plumbing and electrical wiring for new spaces (e.g., additional bathroom, bedroom, kitchen area)

Window and door installation for both floors

External plastering, waterproofing, and roof drainage work
